Event Manchester brings together three unique events in one day, each designed to meet the needs of those that organise meetings, events and incentive trips. Below you will find practical advice on Event Manchester.
Pre-scheduled appointments
Spend some time discussing your event requirements on a one-to-one basis with the Manchester partners, once you have registered to attend the event we will ask you to choose which partners you would like to meet with, we will then confirm your meeting times 10-14 days prior to the event. You may request up to three appointments and each will last for 15 minutes. Please note that whist we will endeavour to meet all appointment requests, they cannot be guaranteed. Timings for the event are as follows:
The Lunch (suitable for association buyers only)
12.00 noon, Drinks reception
12.30, Manchester luncheon, created by Michael Caines.
14.30,Event Closes
The Appointments (suitable for all meeting and event buyers)
17.15 to 18.00, your opportunity to meet with up to three Manchester partners on a one-to-one basis.
The Party (suitable for all meeting and event buyers)
18.00 to 21.00, Join us for an evening of networking, business negotiation and Mancunian hospitality.

Who
Event Manchester is open exclusively to pre-registered invited guests only. All those wishing to attend must therefore apply in advance. Persons that have not pre registered will not be admitted to the event. On-site applications will not be accepted.
Buyers representing recognised professional associations are welcome to apply for places at The Luncheon. Buyers from the corporate and intermediary sectors are only eligible to apply for places at The Appointments and The Party. Due to health, safety, and operational reasons places at each event are limited. Application does not guarantee an invitation and/or entry. Your application will be acknowledged by e-mail. Should your application be successful an admission badge will be posted to you 10-14 days prior to the event. Right of admission is reserved.
