Travelling into the city centre… The station at the airport is a £60million ground transport interchange bringing together rail, coach, bus and taxi links in one location. There are fast and frequent trains directly into the city centre, from where tram links serve local destinations.

State of the art travel technology provides you with up to the minute travel information and ticket sales - making arrival and departure a relaxed and hassle-free experience. Hire cars are available from the usual major outlets at the airport.

Trains from the airport into Manchester Piccadilly operate every 10 minutes, with travel times of around 15 -20 minutes. Prices from £2.65 (4 euros). Alternatively a taxi to the city centre costs less than £20 (30 euros).
