By Road…with easy motorway connections

Manchester’s ring road connects Manchester to motorways north, south, east and west. The M6 connects Manchester to London (4hrs) and Birmingham (2hrs) to the South (via the M62 and M56, and Scotland (Edinburgh 4 hrs) to the North (via the M61). The M62 connects Manchester with Liverpool (1 hr) to the West and Leeds (1hr), the M1 (1.25hrs) and Hull (2hrs) to the East.

The M56 connects Manchester with North Wales (1.5hrs) and the city centre with the airport.
